The execution & memory project covers all the detail and quality of materials that will be used but where some detail is missed we will use Villa 118 La Paloma as a reference point.

We work with the client showing flexibility should they wish to substitute materials chosen by the Architect or by Diamond with a material of their choice. If there is a substantial price difference we would discuss it before a decision is made and an agreement reached for payment of the difference. Clients are invited to help with selection of materials especially as colour or style can be a very personal thing.
